Sorry for the delay. Here are the rankings. Those with errors are ones I don't have info for:

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

That's great, man!

So I guess the next step is working out some guidelines for what's a 'healthy' SSR. Perhaps the average?

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

Yes, that's a good suggestion.

Taking out all the ones I don't have player numbers for, the mean is 4.56.

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

Alright, well let's work with that as an approximate average 'healthy' SSR. Can we repeat this excercise for March and see what comes out as the mean, see if it's similar? And I'd suggest if we get that approximate trend three months in a row (i.e. for a quarter of a year) we can assume that's about normal and start measuring sims against it.

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

Just looking at this for the data on Firefly sim numbers for the welcome thread, and noticed quite a few of the sims don't have player counts. Seems to me the SLs/ASLs should be constantly hounded until they provide these numbers so we have a better indication of SSR. At least a first base number to start with. Then at least if one or two people join/leave a sim the number is still somewhat close, rather than undefined entirely.

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

The table is too wide and I can't read it over the test in the sidebar. Maybe turn the column titles on their side so you can narrow up the columns so it will fit horizontally?

"Sorry, the page you were looking for in this blog does not exist."

Can we get it posted here (or the wiki, or somewhere else besides just the blog?). The blog doesn't seem like the best place to track SSR numbers, frankly.

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

Can you do a googledocs, Silent, and post the link here like you did for February? Obviously a blog post about it would be interesting too, but it would make sense to have the data here, I think. And maybe Jason you could copy it all to the wiki?

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

Thanks for all this, Silent. I suggest that we take this month's SSRs, last month's, and next month's, and then analyse the data.

Re: Sim Strength Rankings

In that case we should make an exception for the Odyssey, since it is currently docked at Greenleaf Skyplex. Meaning that all Odyssey posts are made there as well which will make the Odyssey itself look like a rather dead sim.
